Red King Crab – Paralithodes Camtschaticus

The Red King crab is a pure, healthy coldwater species that is caught in the northern regions of Norway and Russia. The crab feeds on bottom-dwelling creatures and plants. The crab can reach a weight of 10 kilograms and a body length of 23 cm.
Red King Crab fishing is carried out year-round and there is a broad product range. Live crab, clusters, legs and claws are the main products. Red King Crab is especially rich in protein, vitamin A, riboflavin, selenium and antioxidants.
